Check-in begins at 5:00 pm. If youthe "early check-in" option (€55), you can collect your apartment keys from 1pm (subject to availability).

Check-out is at 10am. During the summer season, reception is open from 8am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm. In the winter, its open from 8am to 12pm and from 4pm to 8om (10pm on Saturday).

Bed linen and towels are provided. During the summer season, towels are not provided.

You can buy aof towels at the reception (€8 per kit) or bring your own towels. An additional cleaning service at the end of your stay is available at extra cost.

You can opt for this service or clean the apartment yourself.

In either case, youll need to take out the rubbish, clean the kitchen and take the sheets and towels to the laundry room.

Pets are allowed at an additional cost.

A security deposit is required on arrival (400€ per studio and 600€ per apartment).

The deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure if no damage has been found in the accommodation.

You can borrow the following free of charge (on request): cots, baby chairs, hairdryers, toasters, microwaves and raclette machines.
